KeyFinale vendors supply memorabilia, luxury items and experiences that hosts offer at their events. You set your price; when an item sells, you ship it to the buyer and we pay you weekly once it's delivered. It takes about five minutes to apply. Have your W-9 ready.

We need a W-9 to pay you and to send a 1099 if required. Download a blank one from the IRS, fill it in and sign it.

It's stored privately and only KeyFinale's team can open it.

KeyFinale vendor terms
  • Everything I list is authentic, accurately described, and mine to sell. For autographed and memorabilia items I keep proof of authenticity (certificate of authenticity, authenticator records or photo match) and provide it when asked.
  • Reproductions, prints and replicas are clearly described as reproductions. I never present one as an original.
  • While an item is listed on KeyFinale I keep its quantity accurate, and I update it within 24 hours if it sells somewhere else. Once a KeyFinale buyer has paid, that unit is theirs and I ship it.
  • I ship sold items directly to the buyer within my handling time, with tracking, and I'm responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
  • I'm responsible for returns, refunds, chargebacks and payment disputes on my items. If a sale of my item is refunded or lost to a chargeback, I'm not owed for it (or I repay what I was paid), and I cover the payment processor's dispute fees. KeyFinale may deduct these from what it owes me, reverse a Stripe payout it sent me, or bill me, and I pay any bill within 7 days.
  • If a buyer disputes a charge, I respond to KeyFinale within 2 business days with everything needed to contest it (tracking, proof of delivery, proof of authenticity, photos) and work with the buyer in good faith to resolve it.
  • KeyFinale keeps a vendor fee of 10% of my vendor price on each sale, unless KeyFinale sets a different rate for a particular event; the fee on every sale is shown in my portal. KeyFinale pays me weekly: my vendor price, less the fee, plus shipping, for each sale delivered at least 15 days earlier.
  • I don't list raffle tickets, lottery or drawing entries, 50/50 tickets, sweepstakes entries or anything else where a buyer pays for a chance to win. Event tickets are fine.
  • My items go into the KeyFinale catalog as soon as I list them. KeyFinale may edit or remove any item, or pause my account, at any time.
